A glance over the Triglav National Park

Some people are lucky.

These people owe little week-end houses in most beautiful places that offer instant access to top-destination hiking paths, cycling trails and mountain peaks.

Fortunately, those people kindly take their friends to such spots...
...when it's time for spring cleaning.

So there we were, on the edge of the Triglav National Park, where human infrastructure borders the wild alpine world. A few summer lodges, traditional farms and a bit of roads is all there is.

It was spring, which means cleaning time. The house (which was not the one on the pic above - that's just a random hut for storing the hay that seemed picturesque enough) needed maintanance and a thorough check-up to see that the winter didn't leave anything behind.

Thus, not much time was left to thotoughly explore the valley, but still enough to take a relaxed walk to a pasture (where cows were still absent) and sit down, being surrounded by the blooming Crocus and feeling the nature slowly waking up.
